The roller conveyor line is one of the main conveying accessories in the conveying equipment, it is a cylinder-shaped composition that drives the conveyor belt or changes its conveying direction in an automatic way. Most of them are used for the transportation of goods whose bottom is flat, mainly composed of a drive roller, frame, support, drive part, and other parts. It has the characteristics of large conveying capacity, fast speed, light operation, and can realize multi-variety common line shunt conveying. Power roller conveying line has a simple structure, high reliability, are easy to use and maintain, and can withstand large impact load. Principle of operation
Driven roller conveyors are commonly used in horizontal or slightly upward-sloping conveyor lines. A drive unit transmits power to the rollers, causing them to rotate and convey the goods through the friction between the roller surface and the surface of the goods being conveyed.
Driven roller conveyor mainly consists of two end-point rollers and a closed conveyor belt tightly attached to them. The roller that drives the conveyor belt to rotate is called the driving roller (transmission roller); the other roller that only changes the direction of the conveyor belt movement is called the redirecting roller. The drive roller is driven by an electric motor through a reducer, and the conveyor belt is dragged by the friction between the drive roller and the conveyor belt. The drive roller is generally installed at the discharge end to increase the traction force, which is favorable for dragging. Materials are fed from the feeding end, falling on the rotating conveyor belt, relying on the conveyor belt friction to drive the delivery bag unloading end unloading.
The principle of a single-chain roller conveyor is that the roller is driven by a loop chain, which runs in a special guide rail, featuring easy installation and low noise. The single-chain roller is driven by a big loop, the double-chain roller is driven by a small loop, and other driving methods are used for light-conveying occasions. Suitable for all kinds of boxes, bags, pallets, and other objects, bulk materials, small items, or irregular items need to be placed on the pallet or in the turnover box conveyor.

Transmission methods are single (double) sprockets, single and double (O) belts, single (double) synchronous belt pulleys, and belt drives.

Driver Roller Conveyor Equipment
According to the driving method, there are individual driving and group driving. In the former, each roller is equipped with a separate driving device to facilitate disassembly. The latter is a number of rollers as a group, driven by a drive device to reduce the cost of equipment. Group drive transmission mode has a gear drive, chain drive, and belt drive. Power roller conveyor is generally driven by an AC motor, according to the need can also be driven by a two-speed motor and hydraulic motor.
Power roller conveyors can also be divided into linear power roller conveyors, turning power roller conveyors, power roller conveyors, free power roller conveyors, heavy-duty power roller conveyors, rubber-covered power roller conveyors;
